ENSO Explorer will allow users to interactively explore how Southern African rainfall and temperature respond to El Niño–Southern Oscillation events of different strengths and phases. It is designed to support seasonal forecast communication, climate risk planning, and the interpretation of SADC regional climate outlooks.
